- Security of online payments 

Payment is fully secured on our site thanks to the online payment system of our partner Stripe, a PCI/DSS Level 1 certified payment solution (the highest level of security for online payments). The credit card data you enter on our site is encrypted and never transmitted in clear text over the Internet. Moreover, it is only processed by Stripe and is never in our possession. When you enter your card number to make purchases on our site, you are transmitting it not to SARL V.M.B.C but to Stripe. Stripe is continuously committed to using the data only for the limited purposes described in their privacy policy (see below)

The USER must enter their credit card number along with its expiration date. During the various exchanges between the USER's PC and the payment server, the data is never transmitted in clear text over the network but is encrypted using the SSL protocol. The entered data thus remains confidential; it is automatically encrypted and communicated directly to the Bank. 

The USER's payment will only be validated after verification of stock and/or delivery time.

SARL V.M.B.C. reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

SARL V.M.B.C. reserves the right not to accept an order from a dubious or unidentifiable source.
  

 

-Protection of personal data

Providing personal information collected as part of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for the issuance of invoices. This information is strictly confidential and is intended only for SARL V.M.B.C. and Shopify International Ltd.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, the processing of personal information collected on the site has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties. The USER has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning them.
