Validated orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

However, please note that if your order includes a product to be customized by engraving or embossing, a longer delivery time should be expected.

Some exceptional pieces will also require a longer processing time.

The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked, delivered without signature. We will make the necessary efforts to ensure that the delivery is carried out by the carrier within the deadlines.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. If you place an order totaling €100 or more, shipping costs via Colissimo tracked are free. Otherwise, shipping costs will be charged at a flat rate of €6.90 including tax.
