Withdrawal Montblanc Cannes
If you encounter a problem after receiving an order placed online or by phone on montblanc-boutique-cannes.com, you can exercise your right of withdrawal or exchange your Montblanc product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item at your home.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we have received the product and performed quality control, we will credit your payment card with the amount due. If the product is damaged or destroyed, Montblanc Cannes will deduct repair or exchange costs from the refund.
 

WARNING: According to Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased personalized products or in the case of sealed items that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.


1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

The Right of Withdrawal is considered correctly applied when the following conditions are fully met:

- The products must not have been used, worn, or washed and, in any case, must comply with the conditions mentioned in the section on Compliance Checks below;

- The products must be returned whole and unused in their original packaging;

- The returned products must be given to the carrier within fourteen (14) days following the date on which you exercise your right of withdrawal.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the indicated conditions. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products sent back to you at your expense. If no news is received from you, we will keep the received products as well as the shipping costs.

 

2. Compliance check of returned products:

Montblanc products must be returned in their original condition and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective packaging, tags, and labels affixed (if applicable), including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right not to accept any return of a product showing signs of wear, or that has been used or modified from its original condition in any way, or alternatively, to reduce the amount to be refunded or the value of the exchange, if applicable.

For example, we may opt for a partial refund in the following cases:
 

  • the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed;
  • the identification tag with a single-use seal is not attached to the product(s) or has not been returned. Please note that the identification tag is an integral part of each product;
  • you have not returned packaging that is an integral part of a product (for example, the dust bag or storage bag)


You will be informed if we decide to reduce the amount of the refund for this reason. In this case, you may (rather than receiving a partial refund from us) choose to have the products returned to you at your expense. In the latter case, if you refuse this delivery, Montblanc Cannes reserves the right to keep the products and the specified amount for the partial refund due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

If the returned products cannot be accepted because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated in section 1, you can choose to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse this delivery, Montblanc Cannes reserves the right to keep the products as well as the amount paid for their purchase.

 

3. Refund timeline and methods:

After receipt and inspection by the supplier to ensure compliance with the required conditions, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return of the products. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund will be processed by the supplier as soon as possible, no later than fourteen (14) days following the handover of the products to the carrier or from the receipt by the supplier of proof of shipment of the products, provided that the exercise of this right meets all the conditions indicated herein.


The actual time for crediting or refunding the amounts depends on the payment methods used:

  • purchase by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the bank that issued the credit/debit card. We remind you that the date of the new credit (which equals the refund) will be the same as the debit date, so you will not be penalized in terms of your banking interests;
  • purchase through PayPal: the refund to your PayPal account will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card linked to your PayPal account depends on the credit card company;
  • Payment in installments via Alma: you will be refunded the amount paid on the refund date and the payments scheduled for the coming months will be canceled. The refund period depends on the bank that issued the credit/debit card. We remind you that you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days following the date of receipt of your product; after this period, a refund will not be possible and the remaining amount will be deducted from your account in the coming months as originally planned.
  • If it is a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.
