Moctezuma I

This edition "Patron of Art" is dedicated to Moctezuma, the great sovereign of the great Aztec empire in 1440. During his reign, he shaped the image of the Aztec state as we know it today, that of an empire with a very rich cultural and mythological heritage. In partnership with the National Institute of Anthropology in Mexico, the four pieces of this edition tell the story of the cultural achievements and the influence of the statesman and patron of the arts Moctezuma.
