Montblanc offers you a personalization service for your writing instruments and leather goods purchased from our online store. If you wish to have your Montblanc writing instrument engraved or your Montblanc leather goods embossed, please contact Montblanc Customer Service at +33 4 97 06 16 66. 

Shipping - TransportSHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 Orders validated before 1 PM from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Beyond that, they will be shipped on the next business day. The standard shipping method is Colissimo tracked, delivered without signature. We will make the necessary efforts to ensure that delivery is made by the carrier on time. Please note that if your order includes a product to be personalized by engraving or embossing, a longer delivery time should be expected. Each delivery incurs shipping fees, we advise you to group all your products in one order. Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage. If you place an order totaling €100 or more, shipping fees are waived.

 

 

You can also pick up items ordered online (from €50 of order) in our Montblanc store in CANNES. Just place your order online from home or elsewhere, call us at +33 4 97 06 16 66, and let us know the date and time of your visit. Please present yourself preferably with an ID and your printed order confirmation (which you receive by email after payment). If you have a delay on the D-day, please inform us by phone, we will change the date or time of the appointment.

Franchise MONTBLANC authorized, and whose stock is always renewed according to the latest brand innovations in Pens, Leather Goods, Watches, Jewelry, and Accessories, we will be happy to welcome you in our store if you wish to see our products with your own eyes while benefiting from the advice of our experts on site, or if you have an order to pick up there.

Open from Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. 

 

You can retract or exchange Montblanc products purchased online or by phone within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the item at your home.

We will contact UPS to arrange for the pickup of the item at your home or at the address of your choice (in this case, please specify it in your request). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we have received the product and carried out the quality control, we will credit your payment card with the amount due. If the product is damaged or destroyed, Montblanc will deduct the repair or exchange costs from the refund.
 



WARNING: Montblanc products that have been engraved or stamped cannot be returned or exchanged.
