The Andy Warhol Grands Personnages Edition pays tribute to one of the central figures of Pop Art. With his quirky works, Andy Warhol shook the boundary between 'fine art' and 'commercial art', making waves by turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. The contrast between the precious cobalt blue resin and the fine orange rings on the cone and the section remind of the color palette of his 1965 series on Campbell's soup cans, which are also meticulously reproduced on the fine steel cap. The staple of this edition echoes the squeegee he used for screen printing, while the ring of the cap is engraved with Andy Warhol's signature.
