The collection Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days is inspired by the famous adventure novel by Jules Verne. The Midsize ballpoint pen in precious blue resin refers to the first part of the journey. Its main characters travel from London to Bombay, primarily by steamship, crossing the Mediterranean Sea and then the Suez Canal. The cap is engraved with a motif representing key elements of the novel: waves, map signs, and a cartouche containing a laser-etched steamship. On the top of the cap, the duration of the journey is embossed, which is 80 days, including 18 from London to Bombay.
