Yet, in terms of artistic ambition, Wes Anderson's productions go far beyond the purely visual aspect. Beneath the harmonious surfaces lie well-crafted stories that address the complexity of human existence: the search for identity, dealing with missed opportunities, questions of integrity and friendship. For Montblanc, Wes Anderson designed the "SCHREIBERLING" - the "scribbler" - in continuity with the Montblanc Heritage Rouge et Noir "Baby" collection, inspired by the legendary "baby" pens of the 1910s and 1920s, the smallest writing instruments of the time. The "SCHREIBERLING" is manufactured in a limited edition of 1,969 pieces to mark the filmmaker's birth year. The set includes a fountain pen, a notebook, ink cartridges (green), and a ruler.
