Dive into the depths of elegance with the Montblanc Iced Sea collection. It is a watch that combines the adventurous spirit of diving with the majestic beauty of the Mer de Glace.
The Montblanc Iced Sea is Montblanc's very first diving watch. Inspired by the striking beauty of the Mer de Glace, one of the largest glaciers in the Mont Blanc massif, this watch is a tribute to nature and the spirit of exploration. Montblanc has always sought inspiration from nature for its watches, and the Iced Sea is no exception.
The design of the Montblanc Iced Sea is unique. It reflects the changing hues of ice under different lighting and natural conditions. The watch dial mimics the frosty texture of the interwoven crystals of the Mer de Glace. This representation of the depth of a glacier, the natural pattern of its crystals, and the brightness and color of ice on a 44mm thick dial is a technical achievement.
The Montblanc Iced Sea is made with high-quality materials to ensure its robustness and durability. The watch dial has been created using an ancient craftsmanship technique called gratté bois, which involves polishing and lacquering. Montblanc has worked with a long-standing supplier to execute this technique, through a process that is exclusive to Montblanc.
The Montblanc Iced Sea has a diameter of 41mm. This makes it comfortable to wear while being large enough to be easily readable. The black rubber strap with a deployant buckle adds to the watch's robustness while offering optimal comfort.
