The StarWalker SpaceBlue collection from Montblanc is a true invitation to an interstellar journey, an exploration beyond our planet to admire the stars and the galaxy. Launched in 2003, the StarWalker collection was designed to appeal to a younger audience and those looking for something a bit bolder than the classic cigar-shaped pen.
The StarWalker SpaceBlue Metal Fountain Pen is a futuristic and decidedly masculine reinterpretation of the traditional design of metal caps and bodies of writing instruments. Its design is inspired by the complex structures of Widmanstätten figures, one of nature's most hypnotic creations. The dominant color is ruthenium, a dark and elegant tone that enhances its masculine allure.
All the metal elements of the pen are coated with dark ruthenium. The fountain pen is handcrafted and features a 14 K ruthenium gold nib. At the top of the cap, the Montblanc emblem is suspended above a sub-dome whose blue evokes the colors of the starry sky.
The StarWalker SpaceBlue Metal Fountain Pen measures 135.7 x 14.9 x 10 mm. Its physical weight is 47.3 g.
