Montblanc Writers Edition Daniel Defoe Limited Edition Rollerball (Copy)

Pays tribute to Daniel Defoe, an English writer, pamphleteer, and journalist best known as the author of "Robinson Crusoe" (1719), the story of a castaway on an island. Defoe is considered one of the fathers of the English novel. For its part, "Robinson Crusoe" marked the beginning of realistic fiction as a literary genre. The shape recalls the oar with which Crusoe attempted to escape from the deserted island. The pattern evokes the grain of wood, and the details are inspired by the original cover of the book "Robinson Crusoe". The clip is a feather, in reference to Robinson Crusoe's faithful companion, his parrot.
