Unique in the world of fine writing, each of the Montblanc Meisterstuck Great Masters writing instruments is finished with hand-sewn stitching. The cap and body of the LeGrand-sized writing instruments are covered in black alligator leather. The arch bridge 'Ponte Vecchio' is engraved in a stylized silhouette on the cone. The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap is made of mother-of-pearl. The Montblanc Meisterstück Great Masters fountain pen uses a piston filling mechanism and features an 18kt gold nib with an engraving of an alligator pattern.
