A major icon of 20th-century culture, The King Elvis Presley has left a lasting mark on an entire generation. Considered one of the greatest musicians in the world, Elvis Presley was born in 1935 in Tupelo, Mississippi, and spent much of his life in Memphis, Tennessee. The writing instrument takes the form of a spark plug, inspired by the singer's passion for V8 engines, which is also reflected in the shape of the gold-plated clip. The cap and body are adorned with a pattern derived from the finishes of the gold ring worn during the famous concert Aloha from Hawaii. Featuring a V-shaped design and enhanced with the inscription 'EP' found on his iconic sunglasses, the clip embodies the love Elvis had for Cadillacs and their V8 engine.
