Montblanc Fountain Pen Antoine Saint-Exupéry Writer Edition
Price on request
The overall design and shape are inspired by his iconic Caudron Simoun airplane and his famous novel "Night Flight". Engravings on the barrel and cap show the sky as seen by Saint-Exupéry on November 1, 1929, at 11:00 PM. As the director of the newly formed Aeroposta Argentina SA, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry made the inaugural Aeroposta flight on November 1, 1929, departing from an aerodrome in Villa Harding Green to Comodoro Rivadavia. The fittings are inspired by the cockpit of his airplane. The geographical positions of the important cities in Saint-Exupéry's life are engraved on the cone. The nib recalls his most famous novel, "The Little Prince". This edition of the writers is limited to 1931 pieces, the year Saint-Exupéry published "Night Flight".
