The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date is a diving watch that marks an important milestone in the history of Montblanc. Inspired by the Mer de Glace, the main glacier of the Mont-Blanc massif, this watch is the result of an almost forgotten ancestral technique called gratté-boisé.
The design of this watch is unique and captivating. The black dial is enhanced by a glacier pattern that gives the impression of diving into the depths of a glacier. The watch features a bi-color ceramic unidirectional bezel and an engraved case back. The strap is made of interchangeable, beveled rubber, equipped with meticulous adjustments for a precise fit.
The watch has a case diameter of 41 mm and a case thickness of 12.9 mm. It complies with the ISO 6425 standard for diving watches and is water-resistant up to 300 meters.
