The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date is a watch that embodies the very essence of underwater exploration. Inspired by the Mer de Glace, a majestic glacier located in the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif, this watch has been designed for adventurers seeking to push the boundaries of exploration.
The design of this watch is as unique as the glacial landscape that inspired it. The green dial, adorned with a glacier pattern, gives the impression of exploring the depths of a glacier. Glaciers are typically white or blue, but some also exhibit a deep emerald green color due to iron oxides trapped in the ice.
The watch is made with high-quality materials to ensure its durability and resistance. The case is made of stainless steel, while the dial features ruthenium and white luminescent indices and Arabic numerals. The unidirectional rotating bezel is made of steel and ceramic. Additionally, this boutique edition comes with both an interchangeable and adjustable stainless steel bracelet and a black rubber strap with a new green outline.
The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date measures 41 mm in diameter. It is water-resistant up to 300 meters and features luminescent markers that can be read in low light conditions.
