The Montblanc 1858 GMT is a revolutionary watch that reinvents the display of the second time zone. Combining innovation and sophisticated design, it offers an intuitive and unique reading of the GMT without using hands.
The second time zone is indicated by a red square that moves around the outer edge of the sunburst blue dial, synchronized with a fixed black anodized aluminum bezel featuring a 24-hour scale. This precise system also includes half-hours, ensuring exceptional readability. The watch also features date functions and a central seconds hand, enhancing its versatility.
Housed in a 4.2 cm diameter and 1.225 cm thick stainless steel case, the watch is built to last. The engraved case back represents the continents, oceans, and cities of the 24 time zones, paying tribute to travelers around the world. The interchangeable blue rubber strap, equipped with a precise adjustment system, completes this robust and elegant watch.
The automatic movement guarantees a power reserve of 50 hours, offering unmatched reliability.
